Those who know Gayle the best would say that she the mother of twins (David and Diane) seems to bring a double portion in all good things.

As a child her dad lovingly nicknamed her Windy after the Gale Winds. Her mom taught her the value of hard work as she taught and led her by example doing chores on the farm.

Gayle was always a high energy person bringing smiles and laughter wherever she went. As a child and teen and youngest of four girls to a military dad she lived and traveled to places like Guam but spent most of her early years on the family farm in Arizona.

Gayle was a cheerleader in high school and a championship horseback rider taking trophies and ribbons for events like barrel racing at the early age of 16 years.

Gayle stayed active with softball, gymnastics, bowling, stitching groups and book clubs. Her greatest love is the love she shares for her fellow man and God.

Gayle can be heard saying it's not the force of the gales but the set of your sails that take us where we want to go and keeps us in the right direction.
